Lilia Capistrano bezoekt het uitbundige 55ste verjaardagsfeest van de corrupte miljardair Guilly Vega in zijn landhuis. Ze is van plan Vega te vermoorden voor de dood van haar enige dochter Lily, tien jaar eerder. Ze verkent het feest en ontmoet haar doelwitten: Vega, zijn apathische vrouw Katrina, zijn drugsverslaafde en opstandige dochter Nicole en haar vriend Mark, zijn rechterhand Jigger Zulueta en zijn handlangers Celso Batac en Randall Ballesteros. Vega nodigt ook zijn politieke vijand, kolonel Red, uit. Onuitgenodigd op het feest neemt Lilia de identiteit aan van Eva Candelaria, die een groot bedrag heeft gedoneerd aan Katrina's stichting.
