Het verhaal speelt zich af in Augustus 2001, slechts een maandje voor de terroristische aanslagen op het WTC in New York. Twee broers doen hun uiterste best om hun nieuwe financiële firma overeind te houden op Wall Street, niet wetende wat er allemaal staat te gebeuren.
