Whitney Carmichael wil zichzelf heruitvinden en meer bewegen. Ze schrijft zich in voor een trainingskamp waar ze gevoelens krijgt voor haar persoonlijke coach Axel. De twee scheppen een hechte band die Whitney helpt om haar innerlijke kracht te vinden. Uiteindelijk is ze klaar om haar ware zelf te aanvaarden en zich niets aan te trekken van de verwachtingen van anderen.
