Brandweercommandant C.D. is tot over zijn oren verliefd op een nieuwe inwoonster van het Canadese ski-oord Nelson. Roxanne, een bijzonder aantrekkelijke jonge vrouw, vindt C.D. wel aardig maar er is helaas één obstakel; de waanzinnige grote neus van C.D.! Roxanne heeft haar zinnen gezet op Chris, een knappe macho-achtige brandweerman.
Nee, helaas is Roxanne nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
