Het gebeurt op 31 oktober 1963: Halloween. De zesjarige Michael Myers slacht doodkalm zijn zus af. Vijftien jaar later ontsnapt hij uit een psychiatrische gevangenis. Hij houdt nooit meer op met moorden. Halloween 2002. Een groep studenten brengt de nacht door in het vervallen ouderlijk huis van Michael Myers. Hun belevenissen zijn live te zien op internet.
