Plot

Sir Robin van Locksley is een nobelman die tot crimineel uitgeroepen wordt wanneer Prince John de troon probeert af te pakken van zijn afwezige broer. Hij vlucht naar het bos van Sherwood waar hij zijn Merry Men bij elkaar zoekt en zichzelf Robin Hood noemt. Hij begint te stelen van de rijken, om de buit vervolgens te verdelen onder de armen: de dorpsbewoners die grote sommen aan belasting moeten betalen aan de Sheriff van Nottingham.
