Blandine brengt haar vakantie alleen door op een kleine camping aan de voet van de bergen. Ze wordt snel overweldigd door het lawaai, de menigte en de regen waaraan ze een zomer lang probeerde te ontsnappen. Aan de rand van het meer ontmoet Blandine Helio, een jonge lokale journalist.
