Drie jaar na de wereldwijde financiële crisis blijkt er niet veel te zijn veranderd. De overheid is in grote mate afhankelijk van de financiële sector. Een sector waarin men niet in staat is of van zins lijkt transparanter te gaan werken. Ondertussen worden de rijken steeds rijker. Filmmaker David Sington wil dat er dingen veranderen en probeert aan de hand van deze documentaire uit te leggen wat de onderliggende oorzaak is van de afgelopen crisis en de huidige crisis.
