De Keniaan Eliud Kipchoge is een van de meest inspirerende atleten van deze tijd. 's Werelds beste marathonloper schreef geschiedenis toen hij in 2019 als eerste ooit een marathon in minder dan twee uur liep, ook gekend als de INEOS 1:59 Challenge. Op 12 oktober 2019 slaagde hij in iets dat velen onmogelijk achtten en bereikte hij een mijlpaal. Hij liep 42,195 km in een tijd van 1 uur, 59 minuten en 40 seconden. Deze documentaire volgt hem tijdens de voorbereidingen voor deze legendarische marathon.
