Een stel, Maya en Jamie, besluit om het drukke leven in de stad te ontvluchten en verhuist naar een afgelegen landhuis in Ierland dat hij geërfd heeft. Hun zoektocht naar rust verloopt helaas echter niet volgens plan. Ze krijgen het aan de stok met enkele bewoners die totaal niet op hun komst zitten te wachten. Daarnaast worden ze ook nog eens geteisterd door kwaadaardige, moordlustige wezens door wie ze vanuit hun eigen tuin in de gaten worden gehouden.
