Plot

Nadat de Chicago Cubs de mogelijkheid om in de World Series van 2003 te geraken laten schieten, steken de fans de schuld op supporter Steve Bartman, die een foutslag (en dus een uit) voor de handschoen van outfielder Moises Alou weggraaide. Bartman wordt de meest gehate man van Chicago.
