Kate is ernstig ziek en verhuist met haar vriend Andy naar het rustige Groom Lake om daar haar laatste tijd op aarde door te brengen. Maar dan wordt Andy ontvoerd door mannen in zwarte kleding, en Kate wordt aangevallen om de volgende dag een paarse markering op haar lichaam te ontdekken. Zijn er misschien aliens in Groom Lake?
