Vanuit haar oogpunt volgen we Luma tussen twee zwangerschappen door. Luma is een koe die op een Britse boerderij leeft en weinig contact heeft met de mens. Bijna zonder woorden worden verschillende fasen uit het boerenleven doorlopen. Voor de mens zijn het gebruik van melkmachines en het dichtschroeien van beginnende hoorntjes banale processen, voor de koe en haar kalfjes lijken ze bedreigend.
Nee, helaas is Cow nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
