Drie jaar na het verschrikkelijke bloedbad volgt Michelle, de enige overlevende, een opleiding. Ze vraagt zich echter af wat er precies gebeurd is in de beruchte schuur en denkt dat het om een rituele aanval gaat. Sinds dit jaar mag Halloween weer gevierd worden in Michelles geboortestad. De meisjes van de lokale studentenvereniging geven Michelle en haar vriendin Heather de leiding over het spookhuis. Enkele duistere figuren uit Michelles verleden besluiten langs te komen.
