De vijf vrienden die op Halloween aangevallen en ontvoerd werden door een groep gestoorde personen proberen hun leven weer op te pakken. De vrienden besluiten op pad te gaan, en opnieuw angstaanjagende spookhuizen te gaan bezoeken. Wanneer de vrienden wéér te maken krijgen met de groep die hen eerder terroriseerde, is dat voor hen het begin van een nieuwe nachtmerrie.
