Na het uitvoeren van een offer aan Satan opent er een poort naar de hel waardoor Ebee de evil bong kan terugkeren naar aarde. Lucy Furr de nieuwe eigenaar van de coffeeshop gaat ermee akkoord om Ebee te helpen in haar poging om de wereld te veroveren. Maar natuurlijk hebben ze beide een eigen agenda. Maar Ebee is niet de enige die door de poort is teruggekeerd.
