In 'Looking for Fidel' komen dissidente Cubanen die in 2003 een vliegtuig kaapten om mee naar Amerika te vluchten, aan het woord... onder toeziend oog van Castro. In de film worden ook mensen geïnterviewd zonder de aanwezigheid van Castro. Dan blijkt dat de bevolking nauwlettend in de gaten wordt gehouden en door de overheid getreiterd wanneer zij een dissident geluid laten horen.
Nee, helaas is Looking for Fidel nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
