Na de dood van talloze boerderijdieren ontdekt veearts Rack Hansen dat een aantal farms op het pad liggen van een enorme groep migrerende tarantulas. Voordat hij de bevolking van het nabijgelegen stadje kan waarschuwen, worden de straten overspoeld met grote spinnen en moeten de bewoners onderdak zoeken in een afgelegen hotel.
Nee, helaas is Kingdom of the Spiders nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
