De documentaire bevat openhartige gesprekken met Ethan Hawke, Jack Black, Keanu Reeves, Billy Bob Thornton, Matthew McConaughey, Jason Reitman, Julie Delpy en anderen, waarbij hun verhalen tot leven worden gebracht door animatiescènes.
