Een groep Amerikanen op vakantie neemt een tour op een Caribisch eiland en daar zijn ze getuige van een voodoo-ritueel. Niet veel later blijkt de groep vast te zitten op het eiland en ze worden achtervolgd door vreemde personen. Eén voor één sterven de vakantiegangers dan aan een gruwelijke dood...
