Een meedogenloze Britse graaf laat een hele groep heksen op de brandstapel gooien en haalt zich de woede op de hals van de gevaarlijke opperheks Oona. Tijdens een geheimzinnige ceremonie roept Oona de legendarische Banshee op en geeft hem de opdracht alle familieleden van de graaf te vermoorden.
