Een groep studenten reist naar het huisje van hun psychologieprofessor Barren op een afgelegen eiland als beloning voor hun samenwerking in het onderzoek van Barren. Ze verwachten het weekend vol seks door te brengen, maar een seriemoordenaar verandert hun feest in een nachtmerrie.
