Een gevecht tussen David en Goliath, dat in het voorjaar van 2021 begint als een door Amazon ontslagen arbeider – hij had geklaagd over de onveilige covid-werkomstandigheden – de Amazon Labor Union (ALU) wil oprichten. Met een paar gelijkgestemden probeert hij arbeiders van het distributiecentrum te overtuigen van het nut van de vakbond. De documentaire volgt een jaar de (jonge) vakbondsactivisten.
Nee, helaas is Union nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
