Robin Hood keert in zijn laatste dagen terug met zijn beste vriend, Little John, naar Engeland. Maagd Marian is in gevaar en wordt onderworpen aan de macht van Koning Jan. Als de sheriff van Nottingham opnieuw de stad bedreigt, besluit Robin om zijn zwaard tevoorschijn te halen en hem te bestrijden.
