Audra krijgt van haar vader een droomhuis in West Craven als afstudeercadeau. Met de hulp van haar twee beste vriendinnen Reese en Missy gaat ze er een thuis van maken en het vieren. Een gek met een geitenmasker en een speciale kettingzaag opent echter de jacht op ze. Audra zal haar verstand en sluwheid nodig hebben als ze de nacht wil overleven.
