Deze documentaire gaat over de geschiedenis van het Meatpacking District in New York. Deze wordt verteld vanuit het oogpunt van transgender sekswerkers die er woonden en werkten. Filmmaker Kristen Lovell roept haar zussen weer bij elkaar om te vertellen over het geweld, de politie en de gentrificatie die leidden tot een beweging voor transgenderrechten.
